Strategic Leadership to Deal with the Separatism Movement in Papua

<p>The separatist movement in Papua has been a threat to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Republic Indonesia for many years. Although various efforts have made deal with this problem, still exists threatens stability region. Therefore, effective strategic leadership policies strategies are needed overcome movements Papua. The purpose study is analyze role overcoming as form Indonesia. research method used library by collecting data from primary secondary sources, including journal articles, books, official documents. was then analyzed qualitatively using descriptive approach. recommendations addressing include; acknowledging historical factors, engaging stakeholders, adopting preventive strategies, protecting human rights, leveraging technology, enhancing transparency accountability, promoting economic development.</p>
